These Terms apply to all users of our services. In case of separate agreements or individual consent items, those provisions may take precedence.

2. Account and Eligibility

Users must provide accurate information and use our services within applicable laws. Users under 18 years old are not permitted.

3. Beta Usage Agreement

Our service includes beta versions. Services are provided "AS IS" and may undergo feature additions, changes, suspension, or termination. During beta period, we make commercially reasonable efforts regarding data loss or system failures, but do not guarantee continuity or completeness.

4. Permissions & Restrictions

The following activities are prohibited:

Reverse engineering, unauthorized access, copyright infringement

Circumventing rate limits or improper API usage

Competitive research scraping (except under separate agreement)

5. Fees & Payment
Beta period may be free of charge. Future subscription launches will be notified in advance.
6. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights for our services and related content belong to us or our licensors. User feedback may be used by us on a royalty-free, non-exclusive basis.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party services (e.g., Amazon Ads API).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our cumulative liability is limited to the amount paid by users to us in the past 3 months (0 GBP if free of charge). Incidental, indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, etc. are disclaimed.
9. Term & Termination
These Terms take effect when you start using our services and continue until terminated by either you or us. We may suspend or terminate services upon notice for violations, operational, or security reasons.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by English law with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of England & Wales.
11. Changes
These Terms may be amended from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on this website.
